Regional Operations Manager Denver Metro Area, CO

Salary: $85,000$95,000 + performance-based increase after 36 months

Location: Denver Metro Area (local candidates only)

Travel: ~30% to event/venue locations

Why This Role Matters

Were looking for a Regional Manager to manage 10-11 venues from Chicago to the Pacific Ocean, including locations in Texas, Denver, Vail, Washington State, Las Vegas, and California with a special focus on growth in ski resorts like Vail. Youll be the go-to leader for event teams, on-site issue resolution, staff training, and building a reliable, data-driven regional operation.

What Youll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations for locker rentals across multiple venues
• Hire, train, and manage event leads and part-time staff
• Own technical troubleshooting for locker systems (connectivity, software, hardware)
• Collaborate with executive leadership on using KPIs and metrics to drive decisions
• Serve as the face of Binbox for partners and clients in your region
• Travel to venue locations (~30%) to ensure quality and consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing regional field operations , multi-site teams , or area leadership
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills (connectivity, hardware, software; no coding required but must think like a tech)
• Proven success in staff supervision , team leadership , and training
• Experience working with KPIs , metrics , and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication , organizational , and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work weekends , evenings , and variable schedules based on event needs
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for on-site support and team oversight
• Must be local to the Denver Metro Area
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Nice to Have

• Background in event services , hospitality , live events , or ski resort operations
• Experience in startups , operations management , or logistics

Compensation

• $85K$95K base salary
