Summary

Are you an emerging property management leader who loves driving the performance of your property portfolio to excellence? Integrity Rise Management , a high-growth, fast-paced, resident-centric property management company, is recruiting for a Regional Manager; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.

In this role, you will oversee the operations and performance of a property portfolio within your assigned region, ensuring all properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with all laws and regulations. Leading a team of property managers, you’ develop and implement property-specific strategies and ensure profitability and tenant satisfaction across your region.

This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is remote, with significant travel within your assigned region to visit properties (75%). Some non-local travel to attend company meetings and events is also required.

Must Haves

• 12-15 years of multi-unit property management experience, with the most recent 10 in a regional or similar advanced role
• Entrepreneurial leadership focus: ability to effectively evaluate and disseminate new information, accept direction, create and develop strong teams, and encourage cross-training
• Strong financial acumen; experience with budgeting and managing profits and losses (P&L)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal property laws and regulations, including Fair Housing and tenant rights
• Knowledge of property management software (Resman, Yardi, or OneSite), and other related programs such as Chatmeter, EliseAI, SiteCompli, AvidExchange, and Renter Insurance programs
• Ability to adapt to AI and new technologies; willingness to integrate new systems to support workflows and streamline processes
• High school diploma

• CAM, CAPS, ARM, CPM, HCCP, and/or COS
