As a recruiting coordinator (contract) , you will assist in the entry of important data and manage all aspects of coordination/logistics including; candidate pipeline status, ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the interview process, scheduling, and more.
Responsibilities
Manage an effective and high-touch coordination process for global candidates, hiring teams, and executive stakeholders
Schedule interviews to ensure candidates have an amazing experience
Gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
Manage recruiting and HR data transactions, including data entry for job requisition and new hire information
Support Employer Branding and Events outreach
Assist high-priority sourcing efforts
Requirements
Working experience in supporting recruitment or human resources teams
Experience managing scheduling or event logistics
You have outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as high attention to detail
You have the ability to prioritize multiple and diverse objectives
Bonus Points
Experience with Google Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse
Experience maintaining HR systems, such as Workday
Experience with a ticketing system, such as ServiceNow.
