Now Hiring: Onsite Recruiter - San Jose, CA | $28-$32/hr | Contract-to-Hire Are you a people-focused, results-driven recruiter looking to make an impact? We're seeking a Recruiter to join our team onsite in San Jose, CA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
As our recruiter, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day staffing efforts, building relationships with candidates, and helping our organization grow with top talent. This is not a remote position - you'll be working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
- Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across various departments.
- Negotiate job offers including compensation, start dates, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve processes and hiring efficiency.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and career expos to promote employer branding and recruit top talent.
