415 Group is growing, and great growth starts with great people. As our dedicated Recruiter, you will own the full‑cycle talent acquisition process—building a robust pipeline of entry‑level and intern talent through on‑campus engagement and attracting high‑caliber experienced professionals who thrive in public accounting. Core Activities

Campus & Early‑Career Recruiting (≈ 45 %)

• Design and execute annual campus recruiting plan for target universities/colleges (accounting, data analytics, IT, finance).

• Attend career fairs, information sessions, classroom presentations, and case competitions; serve as the primary 415 Group ambassador on campus.

• Develop relationships with career‑services staff, accounting faculty, Beta Alpha Psi chapters, and student organizations.

• Manage on‑campus and virtual interview days, including interviewer training and candidate care.

Experienced‑Hire Recruiting (≈ 40 %)

• Partner with service‑line leaders to scope current and forecast future staffing needs (audit, tax, advisory, IT).

• Screen, interview, and shepherd candidates through the process, ensuring a positive, timely experience.

• Negotiate and deliver offers in collaboration with HR and line leadership.

Talent Operations & Employer Brand (≈ 10 %)

• Own our applicant‑tracking system (ATS): job postings, workflow updates, analytics, compliant record‑keeping.

• Track funnel metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, diversity) and report insights to leadership; recommend improvements.

• Craft engaging job advertisements and social posts in concert with the marketing team; ensure messaging aligns with 415 Group’s culture.

  • Demonstrated success filling professional services, finance, or accounting positions.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment law and OFCCP/EEO compliance.
  • Ability to travel locally to 5 universities and events (≈ 15 % of time; mostly in fall and spring).

Preferred

  • Prior experience recruiting for a public accounting firm or other CPA‑driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Handshake or similar campus‑recruiting platforms.

While there’s flexibility to work remotely, we encourage time in the office to build relationships, collaborate with our team, and experience our culture firsthand. On-campus visits and events are also an important part of the role, allowing our recruiter to engage directly with students and represent our firm in the community. Candidates should reside within 35 mile of our Canton office to support onsite collaboration and local recruiting events.
  • Modern workspace, collaborative culture, latest recruiting tech stack.
