We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Real Estate Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of real estate transactions, from buyer/seller closings to builder drawls. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the closing process, including document preparation and closing coordination. This role requires a high level of client interaction, so excellent communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the real estate closing process, including coordination with buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders, and title companies.
2. Prepare and review closing documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, mortgages, and closing statements.
3. Conduct title and survey reviews to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
4. Handle builder drawls, ensuring all necessary documents are in place and funds are distributed correctly.
5. Maintain organized files for each transaction, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their transaction and promptly responding to any questions or concerns.
7. Conduct thorough research and analysis as needed to support transactions or resolve issues.
8. Stay current on real estate law and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
9. Use strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring each is handled efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal.
2. Proven experience with buyer/seller closings, all phases of the closing process, builder drawls, document preparation, and closing coordination.
3. Strong knowledge of real estate law and procedures.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in file management and client communication.
7. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
9. High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
