About the Role
As a Public Relations and Marketing Communications Assistant, you will receive direct mentorship from senior managers and gain cross-functional experience across every area of our organization. You will work closely with our high-profile clients to support brand exposure, customer satisfaction, and in-store marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Support and implement marketing and public relations strategies for key accounts

• Assist with in-store promotional events, ensuring smooth setup, operations, and tear-down

• Help develop and distribute branded marketing materials and promotional displays

• Track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and event success metrics

• Communicate directly with customers to build brand trust and awareness

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, retail partners, and clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance

• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improved customer experience
