PUBLIC HEALTH EDUCATOR

(1 or more positions, Location Negotiable)

TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT

The successful applicant must have an Associates Degree
in a health related field with a minimum of two years working
in a public health, community health, or health care setting.
Documented experience providing education to individuals,
families, and groups. Valid and unrestricted drivers license. Heartsaver CPR or BLS within six months of hire. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE
SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing
Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the
CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test, subject to random testing, and serve a mandatory
six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $22.64 - $26.02 per hour, plus benefits (Health ins, Life ins, Retirement, long
term disability, and personal time off), may be employed
