We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee team operations, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, translating operational insights into actionable strategies that drive efficiency and growth. This role requires balancing multiple workflows, monitoring team performance, and fostering collaboration while identifying opportunities for process improvement and business expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide project execution, and ensure all deadlines and service level agreements are consistently met. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Accountabilities

• Oversee team operations, delegate responsibilities to Assistant Project Managers, and manage ongoing tasks as assigned.
• Serve as a strategic partner to client business leads, translating operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead teams in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while responding effectively to internal and client inquiries.
• Organize, track, and conduct quality control audits for content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, present operational findings clearly, and provide feedback for project enhancements.
• Partner with people managers to monitor team performance, manage workload, and ensure all SLAs are met.
• Identify and surface potential new business or expansion opportunities with existing clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or people management.
• Experience with music streaming platforms and reviewing large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Project Management tools such as Monday.com or Wrike.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Preferred: experience in data analysis, account management, or tech industry awareness.
