Job Description

The Project Manager position is a part-time position working for the HGA Integrated Services business group in Lexington, KY. The right candidate will be able to work remotely. The Project Manager position is responsible for the administrative and technical management within HGA's Integrated Services division. Project Manager periodically reviews project schedules, budgets, and progress. Project Manager recommends personnel transactions and establishes work group standards, policies, and procedures.

• Project Manager is the main point of contact between HGA and our clients.
• Communicate with clients on proposal response, design requirements, project schedule, and costs.
• Project Manager leads the planning and implementation of projects including project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables; evaluates and assesses results.
• Project Manager defines project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Project Manager assembles and coordinates project staff; provides direction and support.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation, and plans and schedules project timelines.
• Leads internal and client project meetings.
• Project Manager tracks project deliverables and provides progress reports using appropriate tools.
• Project Manager ensures project is operating within quality assurance guidelines.

PROJECT MANAGER EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college.
• At least five years of full-time project/program management related experience with pipelines and oil and gas facilities preferred.
• Experience in projects requiring FERC authorization preferred.
• Experience including budgeting, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and reporting within projects or programs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and presentation skills including the ability to elicit cooperation and read communication styles of clients and team members.
• Strong familiarity with advanced project management practices, methods, and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
• PE license, or willingness to pursue licensure, preferred. HGA
