Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the scope of the projects and business needs.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocationsLead cross-functional teams to execute project tasksMonitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectivesManage project budgets, timelines, and quality standardsIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesServe as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendorsConduct regular status meetings and provide updates to managementEnsure all project documentation is complete and up to dateEvaluate project outcomes and prepare post-project reports and lessons learnedQualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a related roleStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com)Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressureBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is a plusWork Conditions:Flexible work hours depending on full-time or part-time statusRemote, hybrid, or on-site work depending on the companys operationsOccasional travel may be required, depending on project needs
