Project Manager Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role will involve coordinating with various teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide project updates.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee work being performed and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
