Project Manager
As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll be the key driver behind successful project delivery. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical construction projects from planning through close-out, typically valued at $5M+.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Manage change orders, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in risk management, cost control, and material procurement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
