Project Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction team. This position will oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are on-time and within budget.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Monitor safety protocols and maintain quality control standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and negotiate contracts.
• Solve complex issues that arise with the projects.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, General Contractor, and Commercial Construction.
• Experience with Design-Build and Self-perform projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.
