Project Manager Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, particularly in the multi-family and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stick-frame construction and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing multi-family and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of stick-frame construction techniques and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
