Project Manager Location Onsite | Dallas, TX Compensation & Schedule • $25/hour • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • W2 • Start: ASAPROLE IMPACT This Project Manager role supports the team by leading the planning and execution of complex initiatives that drive economic mobility. Success in this role is defined by the ability to manage full project life cycles, align multi-project programs with strategic goals, and deliver clear, actionable insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead full-cycle project delivery using PMBOK-based processes; manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and communication. • Organize related projects into integrated programs aligned with economic-mobility goals. • Develop Gantt charts, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards; report weekly to executives and stakeholders. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, including stand-ups and steering committees; address blockers and risks proactively. • Conduct lessons-learned reviews and implement continuous-improvement practices.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, engineering, or related field. • PMP or PgMP certification preferred • 5 years leading complex projects + 2 years in program coordination. • Proven success in contract or temporary assignments. • Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet, and collaboration platforms like Teams or SharePoint.CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • MS Project • Smartsheet • Microsoft Teams • SharePointPREFERRED SKILLS • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher. • PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, or similar Agile certification. • Experience with government, economic-development, or community-impact programs.LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
