We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and worker safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper manning and scheduling of production lines to meet production goals and deadlines
• Monitor and enforce food safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to worker safety policies
• Maintain production standards including yields, throughput, and capacity utilization
• Coordinate with team members and management to optimize operations and resolve production issues
• Conduct regular inspections and report any deviations or safety concerns
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
• Knowledge of production metrics and performance analysis
