STS Technical Services is actively seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the operations of our Ridgeland, South Carolina manufacturing facility. This position will focus on overseeing day-to-day supervision of Tractor Assemblers, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily workflow and production schedules, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while leading safety improvement activities. Supervise, train, and develop the production team, implementing Lean principles like 5S and Kaizen events. Liaise with departments such as Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales to resolve production challenges. Skills & Abilities: Experience in specialty vehicle production or custom manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Lean principles, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with assembly tools. Proficient in reading blueprints and operating production systems. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; some college or continuing education preferred. Experience in team leadership and management in a production setting. Why STS?
