Production Operator

Team D (Night Shift)

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday 6:00PM - 6:15AM

Team B (Night Shift)

Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM

Location: Woodville, WI

Pay: $21.00 per hour

As a Production Operator , you’ll help ensure our packaging and assembly operations run smoothly and safely. You’ll be responsible for machine operation, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging and assembly machines.
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions.
• Clear alarms, runner jams, and sensors as needed.
• Stage and inspect packaging materials and finished products for quality.
• Perform basic dimensional and visual inspections.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company standards.
• Accurately record production data.
• Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned.

Safety & Cleanliness

• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Wear required PPE, such as uniforms, gloves, and hairnets.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of prior experience in a production or manufacturing role.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., comparators, dial indicators, gauges).
