About the Role
Our client, a leading medical device company, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing manufacturing, packaging activities, and order fulfillment processing, working in clean rooms and controlled environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented and team-focused who is committed to supporting patient health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional attitude and high standard of work at all times.

• Perform packaging of medical devices with the correct configuration and quantities according to BOMs, routers, travelers, and SOPs.

• Ensure packaged products meet all quality requirements, with the patient in mind as the ultimate customer.

• Accurately complete and maintain required documentation throughout processing, including critical steps such as line clearance, label verification, and product counts.

• Conduct final quality assurance inspections for accuracy of labeling, packaging, configuration, and count.

• Follow proper clean room procedures in compliance with ISO standards.

• Fulfill customer orders by selecting correct items from Finished Goods Inventory and ensuring the inclusion of customer-specific inserts, labeling, and packaging.

• Operate packaging equipment such as heat sealers, shrink wrappers, and label printers.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Assist with additional departmental functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Basic computer skills preferred.

• Experience with clean room packaging/manufacturing is a plus.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
