Global building materials manufacturer is looking for an experienced Product Designer - Industrial/ Interior Design major to join their team near Acworth, GA.

Responsibilities: Product Designer

• Manage the product development projects and lead new product design development projects.
• Collaborate with various departments (Engineering, Sales/ Marketing) to complete each projects in new/ existing product development.
• Prepare for the customer presentation with demonstration, prototypes and keep records of all customer requirements to create custom specifications
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and new audiences for growth.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate marketing campaign performance and gather feedbacks for future reference for any improvement needed
• Manage relationships with external clients and vendors to ensure effective project timelines
• Develop and implement pricing strategies
• Facilitate communication between customers and product development team by monitoring product performance and integrating customer feedback
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Product Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Interior Design, Architecture and related field
• 7+ years experience in building materials/ surface design experience MUST
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical skills with advanced level Microsoft Office Suite and design software (Such as Adobe) skills
• Project Management certification/ experience will be huge plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management are MUST
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to travel up to 50%
• Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
