Your role at Sephora As the Principal Integration Architect, reporting to Sephora’s Vice President, Technology this role provides technical leadership to drive strategic vision for the Enterprise Integration Services. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide integration strategies that span across multiple platforms and support a range of business functions. You will work collaboratively to execute business priorities with cross-functional business teams and technology partners. The ideal candidate should be a highly qualified technical leader with substantial experience in designing, engineering, managing, supporting, and continuously improving integration platforms and services and can work through ambiguity. They will have relevant management experience within a large, complex technology organization and be responsible for all aspects of Technical Design, Engineering, Scalability, Supportability, and Security of our integration solutions. Responsibilities: Identify, define, and continuously improve the functionality, standards, stability, scalability, and security of our Integration Platforms and Services. Collaborate with key executives and technology stakeholders to create and execute technology roadmaps, balancing competing interests. Hands-on technical experience in developing integration solutions. Provide guidance to a talented team of engineers regarding architecture and integration solutions. We're excited about you if you have: 15+ years progressively responsible for engineering or architecture 15+ years hands-on experience in the following technologies:

• Azure Integration Services
• Kafka
• API Management
• WebMethods
• Apigee
• Java
• Python

Nimble skillset and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business need Demonstrated ability to develop strong alliances with those outside of your immediate organization Prior experience in managing globally distributed high performing teams - preferred Strong interviewing skills and mentoring others contributing to their career growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff The annual base salary range for this position is $229,680.00- $255,200.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
