Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Smith Glynn Callaway 3231 S National AveSpringfield, Missouri 65807 SUITE 140 Schedule: Monday - Friday No weekends or holidays! **Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work from home schedule; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings. The Primary Care Nurse completes triage and identifies abnormal patient symptoms, laboratory findings and notifies physician or provides treatment according to standard Primary Care developed protocols.
