Job Title : Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Pay Range: $25.00/hour - $40.00/hour
Type of Position: Full Time
Location: Seattle , Washington. Fully Remote! (In office training required)

Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. \n

\n
• Interview new clients
\n
• Set up appointments with new clients
\n
• Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation to build client's case
\n
• Strict compliance with schedule of assigned appointments
\n
• Use of Firm's software (training will be provided)
\n
• Scan the documentation needed for the case and save it into the Firm's system
\n
• Generate a weekly/monthly report with results for all assigned tasks
\n

Requirements:

• Very well organized
\n
• Good follow-up and follow through
\n
• Strong communication skills
\n
• Required to have 1 year of stable work experience
\n
• Outgoing personality
\n
• Able to multitask
\n
• Eager to learn and grow
\n
• Works well under pressure
\n
• Schedules medical treatment for clients
\n
• Assists clients with vehicle repairs
\n
• Frequent follow ups with client regarding case
\n
• Has attention to detail
\n
• Team player
\n

Experience:

\n

• Must have 3+ years of experience at a Personal Injury Firm (or equivalent)
