As a Practice Manager, you’ll be joining a clinic with the structure, culture, and medical standards already in place, and the freedom to elevate them even further.

Who We’re Looking For

A natural leader who is:

• Proactive, organized, and confident in managing day to day operations

• Skilled at supporting teams, improving workflows, and strengthening culture

• Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, HR support, and client communication

• Excited to partner closely with the new ownership to build the next phase of AMC

• Passionate about veterinary medicine and the people who make it possible

Experience as a veterinary practice manager is required. Candidates must have a proven background in veterinary leadership and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations and keep the hospital running smoothly

• Support and mentor a talented, compassionate technical and client service team

• Collaborate with the owners to set goals, improve efficiency, and maintain AAHA standards

• Manage scheduling, inventory, client experience, and administrative processes

• Help foster the fun, supportive culture we’re proud of, and help it grow

This role is ideal for someone who loves a well run clinic but also enjoys building, improving, and making a meaningful impact.

Animal Medical Center of Marquette is a 6,000 sq. ft. AAHA accredited, Fear Free certified hospital with:

• 6 exam rooms

• 2 dental tables

• A surgical suite

• A comfort room

• Feline friendly entrances and dedicated cat spaces
