Powder Coat Associate Paint Line

Our client is a locally established wire products manufacturer known for quality craftsmanship and a clean, team-oriented production environment. This role supports the paint line, applying powder coating to metal components to meet strict quality and durability standards.

Powder Coat Associate Paint Line Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Tuesday from 03:00pm to 01:00am)

• Hang, prep, and remove metal parts on the powder coat line
• Apply powder coating according to specifications
• Inspect coated products for quality, coverage, and defects
• Assist with touch-ups, rework, or adjustments as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the paint area
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Powder Coat Associate Paint Line Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Prior powder coat or paint line experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep pace with production
• Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
