An industry leading organization in the Industrial Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Plant Manager based in the greater Nashville, TN area.
Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Operations management role
- Strong background in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment involving large, fabricated metals
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining high safety standards
- Prior experience managing a plant or factory P&L
