Job Summary
We are seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Personal Travel Consultant to help clients plan tailored vacation experiences. In this remote role, you'll work directly with travelers to design trips that match their goals, preferences, and travel styles, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully arranged from start to finish.
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, enjoy working independently, and have an eye for personalized experiences across destinations.
Consult with clients to identify travel needs, budget, and destination preferences.
Research and create custom travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, and activities
Manage bookings through vendor systems and reservation tools
Provide clear, ongoing communication with clients to confirm plans and address changes
Stay informed about destination updates, travel advisories, and seasonal promotions
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive service and timely support
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a remote environment using digital tools and travel platforms
Must be 18 years of age or older
Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
Previous experience in travel, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required
