What Youll Do:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning
  • Assist with administrative tasks, emails, and correspondence
  • Organize documents, files, and reports with confidentiality
  • Run errands and provide general personal and professional support
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • The above list is not exhaustive - the scope of the Personal Assistant role will be wide and varied.

What Were Looking For:

  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle for daily use.
  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High level of professionalism and reliability

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in a corporate or high-growth business environment
  • Are bilingual (Spanish is a plus)
  • Have flexibility with your schedule when needed
