Job Description

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A temporary contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized early childhood therapy services in a school setting. This role focuses on delivering speech and language support to pre-kindergarten students, with an emphasis on both small group and one-on-one therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted small group speech therapy sessions designed to address communication goals for Pre-K students
Provide individualized one-on-one therapy tailored to each child's unique needs
Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy progress and communication with families as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts is required
Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school environment serving early childhood or Pre-K students
Familiarity with a variety of therapy approaches including teletherapy is beneficial
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience

Position Details:

Location: Brockton, MA
Duration: Extended School Year (ESY) contract from July 7, 2025, through August 7, 2025
Schedule: Approximately 12 hours per week
Age Group: Pre-Kindergarten students
