Role Description
This full-time or part time role for a clinical and phone triage nurse position. As a triage phone nurse you will be working with other nurses daily in answering phone calls and coordinating care with providers. Responsibilities include managing calls from patients and families, offering guidance based on medical protocols, and assessing the urgency of patients’ symptoms to determine appropriate care. The role also involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. This is an on-site position based in Grand Rapids, MI.
As a clinical nurse your responsibilities are rooming patient, vitals, and administering vaccines and other point of care tests. Your job is to work closely with the provider and other clinical nurse staff. This position requires someone to be on their feet most of the day.
