Marketing Scouts Academy is a dynamic startup currently in its launch phase in Chicago.

Our mission is to reimagine education for university students through an innovative blend of marketing training, live competitions, teamwork, and real-world product development.

We’re building a space where creativity, challenge, and collaboration replace outdated classroom methods.

We're seeking a passionate, high-energy individual who loves working with students and understands the university ecosystem in Chicago. Someone who brings creativity to the table, enjoys organizing events, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

• Energetic and youth-driven personality with a positive spirit.
• Familiarity with Chicago’s university systems, student clubs, and campus culture.
• Background or experience in marketing, event planning, or communications.
• Ability to create engaging content and build strong student relationships.

• Co-design and implement our communication and marketing strategy.
• Connect with student clubs and university organizations.
• Support in planning and executing events and challenges.
• Help produce fun, creative, and impactful content that reflects our brand voice.
