Cape Coral Office Access (Hybrid)

PRMG is seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to serve as the preferred in-house lender at a new real estate office opening in Cape Coral this September .

This commission-only role offers a rare hybrid model — combining remote flexibility with in-office presence to build relationships with real estate agents and gain access to walk-in referrals. You’ll still have the autonomy to work your own book of business and grow external relationships, but with the added advantage of being the preferred lender at this office.

• Non-QM: Bank Statement, DSCR, Portfolio, 1 Day Out of Foreclosure

$90,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Visit the site weekly to maintain agent relationships and support the Cape Coral real estate office
• Originate residential mortgage loans from both internal and external referral sources
• Advise clients on mortgage products and guide them through the loan process
• Collaborate with processors and underwriters to ensure smooth closings
• Comply with all state, federal, and company regulations
• Maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and community partners

What We’re Looking For

• Active NMLS license
• At least 2 years of recent mortgage origination experience
• Ability to build and maintain referral relationships
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable with both remote and in-office client interaction
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
