We are Rocky Mountain Prep, a movement comprised of incredible educators, families, scholars, and advocates who are changing the face of public education in Colorado by democratizing college access and preparation for historically marginalized students and families. On paper, we are a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students as young as twelve weeks through twelfth grade.
During the 2024-2025 school year, RMP is driving after five big goals:
Role Mission
Social studies teachers at Rocky Mountain Prep empower students to understand the connections between historical context and the world around them. As a Social Studies Teacher, you will lead students to uncover the knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary to understanding history, culture, and global issues, preparing them for success in high school and beyond. The curriculum you deliver will help students connect enduring themes such as change, government, conflict, and culture to their own lives, strengthening their success across all subjects.
