Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchant Activation Specialist to join our team and support a fast-moving project. As we expand a new program nationwide, this role will be critical in onboarding and activating merchants to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide merchants through the onboarding and activation process
Conduct outreach via phone and email to support merchant activation
Manage and maintain merchant data using Google Sheets and other tracking tools
Source high-quality images to represent merchant offerings
Assist with shipping materials via UPS if needed
Identify and resolve activation issues efficiently
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workflow
Qualifications (Required):
Experience in fast-paced, execution-focused roles (e.g., operations or customer service)
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and data tracking tools
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Qualifications (Desired):
Experience in merchant onboarding or B2B support
Comfort working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
