The Opportunity: Merchandising: Our merchandising team is constantly building brands, starting trends, and developing entirely new product categories. These experts roll up their sleeves and advise our brands on the best way to bring our clients what they crave-and what they will be craving soon. Our product pipeline is so robust and exciting that many of the items that will be most in-demand in our stores next year don't even exist yet. And our merchants don't stop at selection-they bring the assortment to life through breakthrough curation and storytelling across our stores and digital properties. Your role at Sephora: As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be the key support role to the merchant team assisting on all aspects of the day to day needs of the business. You will play a pivotal role in team admin, reporting, and data entry for product assortments. Reporting to the Merchant, you will: Work closely with brands and Merchant team to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring receipt of on-time and accurate assets from brands Manage updates to products and assets with brands to optimize conversion and keep brands moving to achieve objectives. Partner closely with merchant teams and support teams by assisting the creative review process for all brands within brand portfolio, ensuring accurate product representation across vehicles Run cross-world weekly and monthly reports and complete supporting tasks to support merchants and teams to support brand relationships. Request and keep track of product comps from brands to be utilized for various cross-functional projects Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative. We're excited about you if you have: 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience - retail/merchandising experience preferred Ability to prioritize- consistently, accurately and timely Strong attention to detail Ability to manage ambiguity with projects and processes Team player with a positive attitude Ability to navigate complexities within a corporate setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexible in fast-paced and often-changing environment Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred The annual base salary range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
