Job Summary
Title: Medical Director, Psychiatry
Location: Maryland (Waldorf, Landover, Baltimore)

Reports To: CEO, K&I Healthcare Services

Role Summary:

The Medical Director will provide strategic and clinical leadership across all medication management and psychiatric programs. This individual ensures CARF/COMAR compliance, supervises prescribing providers, and upholds medical integrity system-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric oversight to NPs and other prescribing clinicians
• Lead monthly case reviews and chart audits
• Implement quality and risk management protocols
• Maintain collaboration/supervision per Maryland law
• Lead clinical compliance during audits or site visits

Requirements:

• MD or DO, board-certified in Psychiatry
• Active Maryland license
• 5+ years clinical experience (outpatient preferred)
• Experience supervising mid-level providers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $230,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
