Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Material Handler / Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Location: Liberty, MO

Pay Range: $20

Shift: $20.94 - $22.44 depending on the shift

What's the Job?

• Picking orders using RF scan guns to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Packing orders in totes and labeling them for shipment
• Operating stand-up forklifts, tugger, or sit-down forklifts to pull, load, and unload trucks
• Performing general warehouse duties such as sorting, trash removal, and facility maintenance
• Supporting kitting, production assembly, and other value-added services as needed

What's Needed?

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts, tugger, or sit-down forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, noisy warehouse environment
• High school diploma or GED required; previous warehousing or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
