Whether in fabrication and welding, paint systems, assembly, or forklift operations, you'll contribute to turning designs into reliable products our customers depend on.

Manufacturing Openings are on 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Location: Sheboygan, WI & Kohler, WI Training will be on 1st Shift 6:30am to 2:42pm

Specific responsibilities:

• Operate tools, machinery, or equipment related to fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, or material handling.
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect work for defects and perform quality checks at each stage.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery safely and effectively.
• Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts or other equipment (where applicable).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, welding, painting, assembly, or forklift operation is helpful, but not required - training is provided.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

The hourly salary for this position is $24.55 - 26.65, plus shift premiums of $1.50. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
