Job Description
We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to drive reliability, optimize processes, and lead a high-performing team. This role will own efficiency gains, cut downtime, and deliver proactive maintenance strategies that directly support long-term business success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability in people management, coaching, and team development
- Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and practical knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance strategies
- Proven success in leading reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
