Summary

This position encompasses multiple roles within the Milwaukee Document Processing Unit that requires the ability to communicate effectively with leaders, peers, and the client.

Your role in our mission

• .This multifaceted position entails:
• Sorting and collating incoming and outgoing mail. Batching, postage metering, counting, date stamping, filing, and alphabetizing large volumes of mail daily.
• Scanning, indexing, and uploading documents into electronic case files using Kofax software.
• Interacting with members face-to-face to scan documents and answer questions about document being scanned.
• Clerical tasks may include, but are not limited to, records maintenance, email correspondence, compiling data for reports, verifying data, completing forms, data entry, operating office equipment, and other related administrative tasks.

What we're looking for

• High school education or equivalent
• 1-2 years of basic computer and data entry skill
• Ability lift 5lbs to 15lbs.
• Experience using letter opener and postage meter equipment.
• Experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The pay range for this position is $30,500 - $43,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
