Job Description

Opportunity: Contribute to Your Career Growth

Supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities, focusing on acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty and by wearing a body worn camera. Supports a positive customer shopping experience and maintains strong store partnerships. Exercises sound judgment to ensure safety, the safety of others, and the protection of the Company brand. Adheres to Company policies and supports Company culture and values.

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty
• Reviews and understands the Store Emergency Response Guide
• Wears a complete Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera
• Greets customers courteously and respectfully
• Establishes and maintains a position at the front of the store or in a department
• Responds to customer requests for assistance, referring to management or customer service via radio
• Observes and reports suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management
• Performs a closing safety sweep of the store with management
• Adheres to all Company Policies and Procedures
• Documents incidents in AIIM Case Management
• Performs other duties as assigned

• 0-2 years retail or security experience
