Job Description:

This role supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and store management by executing core responsibilities, including acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss or dishonesty, and wearing a body worn camera. The role involves supporting a positive customer shopping experience, maintaining strong store partnerships, and exercising sound judgment to ensure safety and protect company assets. Adherence to company policies and upholding company culture and values are essential.

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store
• Act as a visual deterrent to theft and dishonesty
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide
• Wear a complete company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera
• Greet customers courteously and respectfully
• Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department
• Respond to customer requests for assistance, referring them to store management or customer service
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 0-2 years of retail or security experience
