Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Attorney located in Forney, TX. Some work from home is acceptable. The Litigation Attorney will manage all phases of the litigation process, including legal research, drafting motions, and representing clients in court. The role involves preparing for and conducting trials, as well as taking and defending depositions. The attorney will work closely with clients to develop effective case strategies and provide expert advice on legal matters.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law and legal principles
Experience with drafting and filing Motions
Familiarity with Courts, including court procedures and protocols
Ability to conduct and manage Trials
Experience with Depositions, including taking and defending
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership
