This role offers an exciting path to develop deep expertise in warranty-related litigation. You will work exclusively on a collaborative team, gaining invaluable courtroom experience, honing your skills in motion practice, depositions, and mediations. While prior warranty experience is not a prerequisite, your strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills will be essential to your success. Key Responsibilities

• Representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related matters.
• Engaging in trial and arbitration preparation.
• Gaining and applying courtroom experience.
• Conducting and responding to motion practice.
• Participating in depositions (taking and defending).
• Involvement in mediations.
• Performing robust legal research.
• Drafting high-quality legal documents.
• Utilizing strong negotiation skills.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years of experience.
• Must be a member of the California Bar.
• Proven experience in trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
• Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A solid work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Location

Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA & Remote in CA (hybrid 2-3 days onsite or remote options available).

Salary

$150,000 to $165,000 plus bonus.
