We’re a national law firm with a sharp, high-volume litigation group in Irvine that’s looking to add a mid-level associate. This group handles complex civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense, public entity, and commercial disputes — and they’re serious about mentorship, not micromanagement.

You’ll get direct access to partners, real cases, and a path to grow — no dead-end “lit support” role here. They want people who can draft, argue, and carry a matter forward. Hybrid is standard, and the team is known for being down-to-earth and focused on real development, not politics.

Job Details

Handle all aspects of complex civil litigation — pleadings, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, depositions, etc.

Draft and argue dispositive motions with confidence

Get mentorship from senior attorneys across offices (remote-friendly)

Work independently and collaboratively — no hand-holding, but plenty of support

Must be admitted in CA and in good standing

Ideal background includes insurance defense, public entity, or commercial litigation

3+ years of experience minimum

Strong writing and courtroom presence required
