Job Description

Hospital Supply Clerk

Maintains par level inventory in various areas of the hospital. Delivers supplies to requesting departments.

Restocks supplies in distribution and processing area and accurately records all issues and receipts to and from this area based on documentation and staff feedback.

Answers telephone, takes supply orders, and delivers requested items to user departments.

Inventories and restocks each department and supply cart and dressing cart that is on Automatic Par Level Replenishment.

Assists in sterile processing and stores area as needed.

Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Position Details:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
