**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Valid Health and/or Life Insurance License
- Proficient computer skills are essential
- Familiarity with Outlook is a plus
- Previous phone experience is beneficial
- A strong desire to excel in your field and a commitment to continuous learning
- Willingness to attend all virtual meetings and training sessions
- High personal integrity and strong character
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- A team player who is accountable and open to coaching
- Ability to work effectively from home
