Responsibilities

· Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

· Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

· Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

· Maintain knowledge of new products.

Requirements

· Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

· Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

· Must be highly self-motivated.

· Problem-Solving Capabilities.

· Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license (440 or 220 license).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18-$28 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
