Duties:

• Manage quality communication, customer support and product representation for each prospect.
• Oversees completion of all paperwork
• Ensures maximum occupancy of all rentals Input all prospective resident application data into the screening portal
• Assist applicants with applications
• Work toward a completely paper-less system utilizing all features Yardi and On-Site
• Perform database management using Yardi.
• Complete annual lease renewals Yardi
• Work with residents to maintain communication between management and residents and assist in a multitude of administrative tasks.
• Organize and host resident events

Qualifications:

• 12 months leasing experience
• customer service experience
• skilled with office 365
• profession dress
• great can do attitude
